Large SR Mold Customization

The large SR mold is designed specifically for mass production of large-size strain relief (SR) connector housings. The mold body undergoes vacuum heat treatment, achieving an accuracy of ±0.02mm. It is compatible with high-temperature-resistant rubber materials such as PVC and nylon, and boasts an injection cycle of 5-8 seconds, enabling stable molding of large SR structures. Equipped with an anti-stick coating for smooth demolding, the mold boasts a service life of 500,000 cycles and supports customized SR curvature and aperture, meeting the high reliability requirements of the automotive electronics and industrial control sectors.
